For anyone lying awake in bed at night waiting for the thought wheel to come to a halt, this is for you! 
A full spectrum CBD+CBN Night Night oil!

These are sleep-inducing Cannabinoids!

CBD is a cannabinoid that many claim to be relaxing, and CBN has been used to help promote sleepiness!! This oil is a medical-grade MCT (coconut oil) taken under the tongue. For sublingual absorption, I hold it under my tongue for about 2-3min. When lying in bed, on the nights I take longer than 30min to fall asleep on my own. For myself, Say within about 15-30min I usually feel my thoughts subside. So that I feel like I can fall asleep! Also, I can wake up at my regular time without any grogginess. Usually having my morning coffee is all I need to be up and at ‘em like normal! 

The trick is to start low and go slow because every person has a different endocannabinoid system. So therefore everyone’s night dose will vary. So I usually suggest taking half of the recommended activation dose on the side of the box. Then gradually go up or down in the dosage depending on the effects you have. Say you wake up feeling groggy in the morning. It probably means you took too much! So the next night go back to the amount you took when it worked for you! 

This oil has a light lemon flavour and is produced here in Niagara Falls! As usual speak with your healthcare Doctor, before trying it, if you take other medications. This is a natural way for your body to relax and help promote a good night's sleep!
